As one of the largest vaping companies in America, Ballantyne Brands (the parent company of Mistic and HAUS) takes our responsibility to our customers very seriously. We're always trying to improve experiences, especially when we know that something isn't quite as good as it could be.
We're adding new products and proactively improving our website, shipping, and customer service to stay ahead of the curve and keep serving our customer base better and better. Here are a few of the biggest changes we've made!
We know it's frustrating when something you order is taking longer than you expect. That's why we've implemented a brand new, state-of-the-art shipping system that's reducing shipping times across the board on orders from our online store.
Under the new system, customers choose between 2, 3, 5, and 7-day shipping options, with a set price for each. Then, our system looks at the customer's location, the size and weight of the package, order turnaround time, and other factors, and automatically chooses the best shipping company.
That way, choosing shipping options isn't such a gamble. While we can't control all shipping issues (like those that occur after orders leave our facilities), 99% of our orders ship on time. And of course, we still offer free shipping on orders over $50!
Better Customer Service
As our customer base has grown, we've taken steps to provide excellent service to everyone—most recently, this means that we're adding more friendly customer service team members entirely devoted to taking calls and handling returns, replacements, and warrantee issues.

As a leader in the vaping industry, we believe that it's our job to blaze new trails and come up with new products that our customers will love. The most recent addition to our product line is no exception; the Mistic 2.0 POD-MOD is a brand new, completely unique approach to vaping.
The Mistic 2.0 is a pod-based vaping system that uses pre-filled flavor pods in place of both tanks and bottles of e juice. There's no need to change coils or clean tanks when you want to switch flavors, because every POD comes pre-filled with vape juice. We're currently offering pods in 5 flavors, and will be expanding the Mistic 2.0 line very soon!
Since the launch of our new website, we've been continually making changes to improve ease of use, site navigation, and the purchase process.
