1. How long should I expect to wait before receiving my order?
Answer: Pending on the time of day, an order will be processed and shipped the following day. It should take 5-7 business days (M-F) to receive an order with standard shipping, starting on the day after the order is placed.
2. Why is my HAUS tank no longer producing vapor?
Answer: The HAUS personal vaporizer comes with a disposable tank and after 3-4 weeks the wick will burn out and no longer produce vapor. At this point, just replace the tank and the vaporizer should work.
3. Is there a limit to how much I can send in for the recycling program?
Answer: There is no limit just as long as the cartridges come in a set of 50 each and the package includes a note dictating how many were sent in total. Make sure to include your address and desired free product!
4. Can I use another brand of e liquid in my HAUS Personal Vaporizer?
Answer: We highly recommend using the HAUS brand e juice flavors with the vaporizer and we’re constantly working on new flavor ideas to satisfy a variety of taste preferences. The HAUS unit is capable of producing vapor with other types of e liquids, but it does void the warranty and could be detrimental to the HAUS disposable tank or battery.
