Replacements and Warranties
We guarantee Mistic/HAUS brand rechargeable batteries and chargers against defects for the first ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. In other words, if you purchased either a rechargeable battery or charger on January 1st, 2016, your warranty will cover that product until April 1st—exactly 90 days later.
Unfortunately, we do not make the same offer for open or used cartridges, tanks, or liquids, as they are consumable products and can’t be held to the same warranty procedures. If you are uncertain about whether or not your purchase is covered by a warranty, our customer service representatives will be happy to speak with you and help you get the answers you need.
We’re serious about delivering your online purchases in an efficient and timely manner. We process orders twice a day, which often means that your order will either be shipped the same day or the one after. However, it’s important to remember that shipping times can vary depending on the option that you select during checkout. For example, if you choose economy shipping or receive free shipping on your package, it might take over 7 business days to make its way to you through the US Postal Service.
